Cambourne Parish Council appointed Coulson Building Group and Templeman Design to provide a new sports pavilion complete with maintenance workshop in connection with the new sports centre.

The project included a maintenance workshop with ancillary components, and male / female changing and showering facilities. The first floor contained the club house, kitchen, meeting rooms, welfare facilities and an external viewing platform.

The project was complete via a design and build contract delivered to a high quality on time and on budget. Cambourne Rovers men’s team were the first to swap the portacabin for the new facility.

Clayton Hudson, chairman of Cambourne Parish Council said: “everyone was excited and happy to have a lovely new facility, and the pavilion will help to encourage people in the community to get active”.
