The project formed part of a tender bid by Morgan Sindal to offer a competitive design and build solution for the construction of a new medical and dental facility at RAF Honington. Templeman Design developed the scheme upto 65% design as part of a project tender bid. This included collaboration with Morgan Sindall and their bid team, together with liaison with Morgan Sindall’s structural, mechanical and electrical consultants using Building Information Modelling (BIM).
